WHAT TO EXPECT
Step into the grove for our annual Olive Harvest Experience — a hands-on day of picking, learning & long-table indulgence set amongst 300 olive trees, rolling vineyards and mountain ranges.
You’ll harvest Manzanello, Leccino and Kalamata olives straight from the tree, learn the art of brining and flavouring, then bottle your own jar to take home — ready to enjoy in nine months’ time. It’s slow food in its truest form: patience, craft and connection to the land.
After the picking, settle in for a roaming long lunch by “The M Catering” – where passion meets plate; with generous grazing tables, seasonal canapés and our wines perfectly paired. A unique, once-a-year experience that brings you closer to the vines, the grove and the rhythm of harvest.
