Following the wonderful feedback from our last Wagyu dinner, we’re delighted to bring it back - this time with an even more special experience.

Devon Café is opening exclusively for us for the evening, giving us a rare opportunity to settle in and enjoy five beautifully considered courses in the heart of Barangaroo, with premium Wagyu and thoughtfully matched wines at the heart of the evening.

And guiding us through it all is Mavis, our Wagyu queen. With more than five years working with premium meats and a WSET Level 4 wine qualification, Mavis brings two great passions to the table - exceptional meat and wine. She’ll share her knowledge along the way, taking us behind the Wagyu and exploring what makes each cut unique, from flavour and texture to the best ways to enjoy it.

Across the five courses, we’ll taste four different Wagyu cuts, each paired with a wine chosen to complement and bring something different to the dish. We’ll discover just how much the experience can change from one cut to the next - and how the right wine can transform what’s on your plate and in your glass.

So come join us for a very special evening of indulgence, discovery and great company - with plenty to taste, learn about and enjoy along the way.
